Overview
The Batumi Botanical Garden is one of the largest in the former Soviet Union, with plant collections from every continent on a hillside overlooking the Black Sea. After the garden we drive north to Petra Castle - a Byzantine fortress built into a sea cliff in the 6th century, with views all the way down the Adjara coast.
