A family-run travel agency in the Adjara region of Georgia, on the Black Sea coast.
Our story
We started running tours in 2010 from our home village of Chaisubani, just inland from Kobuleti. What began as showing visiting friends around our corner of Adjara turned into something we now do every day, in five languages, across all of Georgia. A few years in, we built CHAKURA - the restaurant where every tour ends - because we wanted travelers to feel the full Georgian welcome, not just see the sights.
The family
We are not a chain. We are a family. The same people who answer the phone are the people who plan the route, drive the car, and serve the meal. There is no middleman, no aggregator, no commission stack. When you book with us, you book with us.
The land
Adjara is the southwest corner of Georgia, where the Black Sea meets the Lesser Caucasus. The coast is subtropical and lush. Twenty kilometers inland, you are in rainforest. Forty kilometers further, you are crossing alpine passes. Most visitors only see the beach. We show you the rest.
