About these terms
These terms govern the booking and provision of tours and restaurant services by New Wave (the operator), located in Kobuleti, village Chaisubani, First Street 26, Georgia. By contacting us to book a tour you accept these terms.
How to book
All bookings are made directly with the operator by WhatsApp at +995 555 76 61 32, by phone, or by email. There is no online booking engine on this site. A booking is confirmed only after the operator replies in writing or by phone.
Pricing and payment
Tour prices are agreed individually based on group size, duration, and the specific itinerary. Prices are not published on this site. Payment terms (cash, bank transfer, or other) are arranged directly with the operator at the time of booking.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking and depend on the tour type. As a general rule, cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are without penalty. The operator may cancel a tour at any time due to weather, road, or safety conditions and will offer either a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Tour conditions
Some tours involve hiking, mountain roads, or extreme terrain. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and informing the operator of any medical condition that may affect your participation. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Mountain and back-country tours are physical and not suitable for everyone - ask us before booking.
Weather and itinerary changes
Weather, road conditions, seasonal closures, or local events may require us to change the itinerary or substitute parts of a tour. We always try to deliver the agreed experience and will contact you in advance whenever possible.
Insurance
Travel and personal insurance is the responsibility of the traveler. We strongly recommend you carry valid travel insurance covering medical evacuation, especially for the mountain and extreme tours.
Liability
We take all reasonable care to ensure your safety on tours. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or injuries resulting from causes outside our control, including weather, natural events, road conditions, or actions taken by you against the guide's advice.
Photographs and image rights
We may take photographs during tours for use on our own website and social channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, tell your guide and we will respect that. Our own tour photographs remain our property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct conversation will be referred to the courts of Kobuleti, Georgia.
