Our commitment
New Wave is committed to making this website usable by everyone, regardless of ability. We aim to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the Israeli accessibility standard IS 5568. Accessibility is part of how we operate, not an afterthought.
Conformance status
This site is designed to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Most pages meet the standard. We test new content as it is added and fix issues as we discover them.
Accessibility features
Every page on this site has an accessibility panel reachable from the icon at the bottom of the screen. The panel lets you adjust font size (four levels), enable high contrast or grayscale or negative contrast, highlight links, switch to a dyslexia-friendly font, pause animations, and enlarge the cursor. Your settings are remembered the next time you visit. Every page also has a skip-to-content link reachable by pressing Tab on the keyboard.
Keyboard and screen reader support
All interactive elements (links, buttons, the language switcher, the accessibility panel, the WhatsApp button, the mobile menu) are reachable by keyboard. All images have descriptive alternative text or are marked as decorative. Heading structure is logical and consistent. We test with VoiceOver and NVDA.
Languages
The site is available in five languages: Georgian, Russian, Ukrainian, English, and Hebrew. The Hebrew version uses right-to-left layout. Each language is identified to assistive technology so screen readers can use the correct voice.
Known limitations
This is a small family-run site and not every accessibility feature is perfect. If you find a barrier, please tell us and we will fix it. We aim to respond within seven days.
